What is ``Red`` peppers? Barium - パスプロ研究室-Laboratory of PASS-project-(仮)

Good evening, everyone. I`m Barium who have yellow green passion and enjoy science.

I spend many times in April and May staying home, so I planted green pepper plants.

In June and July, I was able to get a lot of green peppers.

These day, however, I was able to get small ones.

I waited a few days because I think small ‘‘green‘‘ peppers were getting bigger, but they were not getting bigger, and turned ‘‘red‘‘！

So, I have questions, ‘‘ what is ‘‘red‘‘ peppers? ‘‘ and `` Why does ``green`` pepper turn red``? ``

When green peppers turn red, they are ripen.

Actually, ‘‘grren‘‘ peppers are not ripen.

Please imagine tomato.

Certainly, ‘‘green‘‘ tomatos, we don`t eat, turn red and we call ‘‘red‘‘ tomatos tomatos.

We can give other examples of vegetables and fruits.

‘‘Red‘‘ peppers have some merits.

They are sweet ,not bitter.

So children tend not to dislike them.

And ‘‘Red‘‘ peppers are rich in Vitamin.

According to a blog, ‘‘Red‘‘ pepper has more than twice as much of vitamin A, C, E, and B2 as ‘‘green‘‘ pepper.

However, we seldom see ‘‘red‘‘ peppers in market.

Plants spend a lot of energy making ‘‘red‘‘ peppers.

In fact, it takes about 15 days to get ‘‘green‘‘ peppers, but it takes about 60 days to get ‘‘red‘‘ peppers.

In summary, ‘‘red‘‘ peppers are ripen peppers which have abundant vitamin.

And, ‘‘red‘‘ peppers tell us to get them.

By the way, why are my peppers small?

Maybe, because they are lack of some energy.

In fact, I didn`t give fertilizer because I could big get green peppers at that time.

What the heck！

I learn that we must not only watch a view in front of us, and we should also watch views in future.

I want to try to grow green peppers` plants again.
